3Where manufacturer confirms   that chemical composition including sulphur contents are in line with ISO   15590-3, HIC testing is not applicable.
4SSC testing is not required   for forged flanges and material qualified as per Clause A.2 of NACE   MR0175/ISO 15156.
5Hydrostatic testing of   flanges is not required however bidder to confirm that flange can withstand   the pressure of 1.5 times 38 deg C rating (i.e.154 barg).
