The delivered products are ASTM A234 WP91 alloy thick-walled seamless tees, manufactured with integral hot-press forming process and fully seamless structure. Produced and inspected in strict compliance with relevant ASME standards, the products will be delivered to the project site via a cross-border logistics mode of “land transfer + port sea freight”.

As core fittings adapted to high-temperature and high-pressure scenarios, all these WP91 tees are processed with integral hot-press forming technology. Through precisely temperature-controlled hot extrusion, the metal structure remains dense and uniform. With no welding procedures involved in the whole process, hidden risks such as weld leakage and stress concentration are eliminated from the source. Combined with the thick-walled structural design, it fully guarantees the structural strength and fatigue resistance under high-pressure working conditions.
A strict quality control system is implemented throughout the entire production process. Finished products go through standardized normalizing and tempering heat treatment in sequence to stabilize the metallographic structure and ensure that high-temperature creep resistance and mechanical indexes meet the standards. Afterwards, multiple non-destructive testing procedures including ultrasonic testing and penetrant testing are carried out to comprehensively inspect internal and surface defects. The dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties of all products are inspected item by item in strict accordance with ASME standards, fully ensuring that the products can be used stably for a long time under the harsh high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions of power stations and coal chemical plants.



In view of the characteristics of cross-border sea transportation, all these tees have undergone refined factory protection treatment. The inner wall of all products is finished machined with a smooth and flat surface, ensuring smooth medium flow in the subsequent pipeline. The whole fittings are treated with professional anti-corrosion protection, and the outer layer is fully sealed and wrapped with stretch film, which can effectively isolate moisture and salt spray corrosion during sea transportation and avoid rust during transit.
To further reduce logistics loss, all fittings are uniformly fixed on high-strength solid wooden pallets. The fixing method fully adapts to stacking and transportation requirements in containers, which can not only avoid product damage caused by collision and scratch during loading, unloading and transportation, but also fully adapt to forklift loading and unloading operations, greatly improving the efficiency of port container packing and on-site unloading. At present, forklifts in the workshop are carrying out transfer and loading in an orderly manner, and these fittings will arrive at the port in the near future and be officially arranged for sea shipment to the destination.
